Are there any contracts or reoccuring payments for classes?
No! Classes listed will either be free or low cost to you and are drop in based. Each event has a predesignated price. Payment can be in the form of Cash or Venmo/CashApp/PayPal.
I haven't exercised in years.
Are these classses right for me?
Absolutely! Each class is modifiable for all fitness levels and ages. It does not matter if you are a beginner or veteran. All movements are modifiable. You are sure to get the most out of each class you take part in!
